Wheaton-based PACER Decorating offers a Free Estimate that is free of pressure and hard sell tactics. Our free estimate is a face-to-face, no-obligation meeting between the prospective client and the estimator at a mutually convenient time. The meeting will be held at the property to be decorated, and usually takes less than a half hour. After looking at the spaces to be decorated, and determining the prospective client's vision for the finished project, the estimator takes the information back to the office to calculate the cost. We then promptly provide a proposal for the work, via e-mail, telephone, or in person if client prefers. A follow-up call is customary to answer any questions.

Our free estimate includes descriptions of the preparation work, any repairs, the decorating, the materials, and the time frame; so there are no unpleasant surprises.
