A lasting finish starts long before the first coat of paint. We stand behind every step of our work for two full years, and if anything isn't right, we come back and make it right.

Most paint failures trace back to shortcuts in preparation or the wrong product for the job. Our guarantee is built on doing those things right, every time.

A properly prepared work site. Floors, furnishings, landscaping and fixtures are protected before work begins, and the site is kept clean and orderly throughout the project.

Thorough surface preparation. We pressure wash, scrape, sand and clean every surface we paint, so primers and coatings bond to a sound, properly prepared substrate.

Sealed and sound. Joints and gaps are thoroughly caulked, and rotted boards are replaced rather than painted over, so the finish protects your property the way it should.

The right products for the job. Not all primers, caulks, paints and stains are the same. We work with our suppliers and manufacturers to select the correct product for each surface and condition.

Applied under the right conditions. We follow manufacturer guidelines for temperature, moisture and drying time, so every coat performs as it was designed to.

Full transparency. If we uncover something unexpected, we show you and discuss it before making any change, especially one that would affect the cost of your project. No surprises.

Our goal is to get it right the first time. But if anything we did isn't completed to your satisfaction within two years of finishing your project, we'll return as quickly as we possibly can and make it right, at no cost to you.

Our guarantee covers our workmanship. Unfortunately, there are a lot of things outside of our control that we aren't able to cover. Here is a list of some of them.

• Damage from impact, accidents, misuse or normal wear and cleaning
• Failures caused by moisture, leaks, settling or structural movement
• Surfaces outside the scope of work in your written proposal
• Repairs or recommendations the customer chose not to have done
• Paint or materials supplied by others
• Normal fading and weathering over time
