In the fifteen years I’ve lived in our townhome community, the association has never contracted with an exterior painting service for a second time . In the past, poor work quality, lack of professionalism, and inability to meet deadlines were consistent faults. Then along came PACER Decorating. Paul Mademann’s constant oversight of his professional team of painters resulted in a high-quality product. The project was completed on time and on budget, with minimum disruption to our community, and without a single complaint from our homeowners!  PACER Decorating will be a permanent part of our maintenance team.
